Overview

**[68Ga]Ga-NOTA-RT4** is an investigational gallium-68 radiolabeled, NOTA-chelated Trop2-targeting single-domain antibody PET tracer. RT4 is a recombinant His-tag-free single-domain antibody that binds trophoblast cell surface antigen 2, enabling noninvasive PET/CT visualization of Trop2 expression in tumors. The agent is intended as a diagnostic immunoPET radiopharmaceutical and potential companion-imaging tool for selecting or monitoring patients receiving Trop2-targeted cancer therapies, rather than as a therapeutic radioligand. It is being evaluated by Renji Hospital in clinical imaging studies of solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancer.
